Hi, I'm Keisha.
I spent more than a decade in mortgage loan servicing, most recently as a lead escrow analyst at a credit union. That's the side of your mortgage nobody talks about before closing: escrow analyses, shortages, PMI, servicing transfers and the letters that come with all of them.
I watched so many new homeowners get blindsided by things that are completely fixable once someone explains them. So I started NOT. your realtor to be the friend on the inside. I don't sell houses. I help you understand, protect and keep more of the one you have.
